Casino Woodbine

Casino Woodbine

With a population of 14,75 in Ontario and 6,20 million people in Greater Toronto, this is the best place in Canada when it comes to gambling. As one of the most liberal provinces of the country, Ontario has always been the country’s main region for gambling fanatics: from sports betting to poker and from slots to VLTs: it’s all here.

Most people head directly to the country’s biggest city, but we recommend you to first make a stop before you get to Toronto. About 15 kilometer from Toronto, you’ll find Etobicoke, an administrative district and one of the municipalities amalgamated into the city of Toronto. Here you’ll find more than 3,000 reasons to visit the Casino Woodbine: get ready for 2,900 slots and 100 table games. Ladies and gents; Etobicoke it is.

About Casino Woodbine

Woodbine Casino is a complete racetrack and Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) slots gambling venue situated in Etobicoke, just on the edge of Toronto, which might just be one of the reasons why this casino is so popular. In order to make things a bit easier we’ll just stick to the name of Casino Woodbine. The casino’s race track has been in operation ever since it was opened in 1956 and slot machines were added in 1999. It remains a very popular and complete gambling establishment visited by both Torontonians and people from other regions.

Game offer

Casino Woodbine is home to one of the biggest and most diverse slots portfolios in Canada. There are more than 2,900 slots and virtual electronic lottery games to be wagered on as well as a lot of cool live racing options. The slots machines accept denominations from as low as 1¢ to $5 per spin. Virtual table games include popular games like Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Sic Boa and the electronic poker room is also very popular among visitors.

Other casinos in the area

Ontario offers quite a few 24/7 casinos and Casino Woodbine is one of these options. Two other casinos that are always open are Fallsview Casino Resort and Caesars Casino Windsor which are our other favourites in the area. Let’s take a quick look:

Fallsview Casino Resort

Once you see the views at this place you will immediately know why this is one of our very favorite gambling venues in North America. There are also 3,000 slot machines and 100 gambling tables available at Fallsview Casino Resort, as well as more than 370 hotel rooms. This casino resort is the best spot for people who want to make the most out of their visit to the Niagara Falls. The hotel offers all the comfort you could think off, so definitely give it a try.

Fallsview Casino Resort

Caesars Casino Windsor

This casino brand doesn’t need an introduction, but something to realize that the casino in Windsor is part of a very exclusive network of land based casinos in the world. Other casinos can be found in Las Vegas and Atlantic City. As we’re talking about a complete casino resort you might want to prepare yourself for the whole experience: that is, shopping malls, restaurants, arts centers, spa’s, swimming pools, and the whole lot included. The 100,000 sq ft. casino features about 95 table games and nearly 3,000 slot machines and video poker machines. It really doesn’t get any more fun than Caesars Casino Windsor.
